Water Treatment Systems
Our mobile water treatment systems are modular and tailored to meet the unique conditions of each project. Below are examples of some of the most commonly used solutions for effectively treating contaminated water.
Sedimentation and pH Adjustment
This treatment system consists of a sedimentation container where the water flow is slowed down, allowing particles and sediments to settle at the bottom. After sedimentation, the water is directed to a storage container where pH adjustment is performed to ensure compliance with discharge regulations.Applications
This system is particularly suitable for low flow rates and light contamination, such as excavation work and smaller construction projects where larger treatment facilities are not required.
Sedimentation, Filtration, and pH Adjustment
In this solution, pressure filters have been added to the sedimentation system. After particles are separated in the sedimentation container, the water is directed through pressure filters, where contaminants such as metals are removed. The filter media is tailored to the specific contaminants present in the water. The water then flows into the storage container, where pH adjustment is carried out.Applications
This system is ideal for projects where the water contains both particulate-bound and dissolved contaminants. It is well-suited for excavation work, construction sites, and contaminated stormwater.
Compact Automated Treatment System
This system utilizes an automated water treatment unit with a capacity of up to 40 m³/h for efficient particle separation and sludge management. The process begins with a storage container that regulates a steady and continuous water flow into the treatment facility.Within the treatment unit, chemical precipitation and pH adjustment with carbon dioxide (CO₂) effectively separate particles through flocculation. The water then passes through a lamella separator, where sediments settle at the bottom and are removed. The sludge is subsequently pumped into a separate storage container for further processing.
Applications
This system is ideal for projects with higher contamination levels and larger water flows where automated particle separation is required, such as in remediation work and industrial applications.
Complex Contaminants or High Flow Rates
This comprehensive treatment system combines a mixing tank, lamella separator, pH adjustment, and pressure filters to effectively handle high water flows and complex contaminants. The process begins in the mixing tank, where chemicals are added to bind particles and contaminants through flocculation. The water is then directed to the lamella separator, where the flocculated particles settle and are removed. After sedimentation, pH is adjusted using carbon dioxide (CO₂).
Finally, the water passes through pressure filters, where remaining contaminants, such as metals and other dissolved substances, are removed using specialized filter media.
Applications
This advanced treatment system is specifically designed for projects with high water flows and complex contaminants. It is well-suited for large-scale infrastructure projects, remediation work, and other demanding applications where both particulate-bound and dissolved contaminants need to be removed.
With its modular and adaptable design, the system can handle a wide range of pollutants, from metals to chemical compounds, making it a reliable solution for advanced water treatment.
